What is a Full Service Center? |
It is a school-based center that provides medical, dental, mental health and social services that are beneficial to meeting the needs of students and their families.

Who Can Receive Services? |
All students who attend Norland Elementary, Norland Middle and Miami Norland Sr. High schools are eligible to receive servcies. |
Where Are These Services Offered?

The Full Service Center is located in the Norland Elementary School Parking Lot at 19340 N.W. 8th Court. However, some services are provided on school grounds and in the homes. |
Our Service Providers and Services include but are not limited to:
Life Impact - Individual family and group therapy tutoring, anger management and parenting skills workshops.
Jackson Health System/North Dade Health Center - Pediatric and adolescent wellness checkups, follow-up medical services, GYN examinations, immunizations, vision screenings and referrals, first aid and communicable disease screenings.
Instant Vision - Free eye examinations and glasses on school grounds.
Dr. Bruce Heiken Memorial Fund - Eye examinations and glasses. Services are provided in doctors' offices in the area.
Jackson North, Life Impact, Children's Psychiatric Center, Center for Family and Child Enrichment - Offers individual and family therapy at school and in the home. Also available, psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Public Health Department - Provides free HIV Counseling and Testing to all age appropriate students.
